Rehearing denied October 15, 1981. The sole issue in this case is whether an agreement by a subcontractor to obtain insurance covering, inter alia, claims arising under the Structural Work Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 48, pars. 60-69) against the contractor was void as prohibited by section 1 of An Act in relation to indemnity in certain contracts (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 29, par. 61). The trial court held that it was and dismissed the contractor's suit for damages for failure to obtain the promised insurance. We disagree and reverse.
